Q: Are all ages allowed?
A: Of course - bring the fam!

Q: How do we make a reservation? 
A: Click here at opentable.com. and search “The Grand Terrace Igloos”. Once you make your reservation, our Igloo Team will call and confirm which Igloo Package you would like to book. Q: What food does each package include?
A: Check out the delicious menu at OpenTable.com and search for “The Grand Terrace Igloos”. 

Q: What is the maximum capacity of the igloo?
A: Our Igloo Packages are designed to accommodate 6 guests, very comfortably. The prices are as follows:
• Grand Igloo Package | $250 | up to 6 guests (6 guest maximum)
• Grand Igloo Premier Package  | $300 | up to 6 guests (6 guest maximum)
• Grand Igloo Celebration Package | $250 | up to 6 guests (6 guest maximum)

Q: Are reservations required?
A: You got that right! Reservations are indeed required and walk-ins are not permitted.

Q: How do I modify or cancel my reservation? What is the cancellation policy?
A: Great question! You can easily modify and/or cancel your reservation through OpenTable.com. 48 hours notice is requested for any cancellation to reservations in order to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within the 48 hour window, as well as igloo no-shows, are subject to a $50 fee.

Q: In the case that my desired date and/or time is booked, do you have a cancellation list?
A: Of course! Our team will keep a wait-list on hand and, in the case of cancellations, we will contact the next person or group for reservations.

Q: Can we rent the igloo for anything other than the 1.5 hour time slot(s)?
A: Back-to-back bookings are not permitted, but you can certainly rent multiple igloos at one time for larger parties. We also allow guests to rent all of our igloos for the entire evening if desired - please call for more details. 

Q: What is the attire for the igloos?
A: The attire for this frost-kissed outing is ‘cozy resort casual’. Fur coats and hats are not required, but highly recommended in order to attain the full winter wonderland experience. Be sure to bring your cameras - our Terrace Igloos are the perfect spot for unforgettable memories to be made. Share your photos on Facebook & Instagram - tag us at @staydavenport!

Q: What is the temperature of our igloos? Will I need a jacket or extra layers?
A: While the igloos are indeed heated, we also recommend a jacket and warm layers to stay plenty toasty! We will also have ample throws and cozy seating to help keep you warm and comfortable for this fun outdoor winter experience. 

Q: Where do we go to get to the igloos?
A: The igloos are located on The Davenport Grand Terrace.  They may be reached via the grand staircase adjacent to the front desk or via the guest room elevators.

Q: Is the use of cigarettes, cigars and/or vapes allowed in the igloos?
A: Not today, folks! Our igloos follow the same rules and standards for our restaurants and public spaces: no smoking or vaping is permitted in the Igloos or on The Grand Terrace.

Q: Is outside alcohol or food permitted in the igloos?
A: No outside food or beverage is allowed. 

 Q: In the case of celebratory evening, can we bring our own decor for the igloos?
A: Outside decor is not permitted, but please feel free to bring birthday gifts in if needed.

Q: What if I have dietary restrictions and cannot consume the included Charcuterie Board?
A: Our chefs and culinary team will work to accommodate all dietary needs.  Our team will discuss dietary needs for you and your party when confirming booking details. 

Q: Is gratuity included in the price?
A: Why yes, it is! 18% Gratuity is included in the Rental Price. Wahoo! 

Q: Is sales tax included in the price?
A: Sales tax is not included in the package price. 

Q: Can I pay the igloo rental fee or additional beverages & appetizers with Davenport Gift Card(s)?
A: Great question! Yes you can. Davenport Gift Cards are accepted in all of our bars and restaurants, at Davenport Home, The Davenport Spa & Salon as well as towards overnight stays. Hip, hip, hooray!

Q: Are the igloos ADA Compliant?
A: While we are not fully ADA Compliant, our team is able to accommodate many various needs in our igloo spaces in order to make our guests comfortable. We do indeed allow service animals in our igloo spaces. 

Q: Are the igloos pet-friendly?
A: No. As with all of our Davenport Bars & Restaurants, pets are not permitted. With that being said, as mentioned above, we do indeed allow service animals in our igloo spaces. 

Q: How do I make our igloo outing an overnight getaway?

Q: Is there music in the igloos?
A: We understand that everybody has their own taste in music, which is why we are excited to provide the proper hook-ups so you can plug your phone in and listen to the music of your choice! We ask guests to listen to non-explicit music at a respectful sound level. 

Q: Where should we park?
A: Good news! Our Igloo Packages include complimentary parking at The Grand (space permitting).
